Return & Exchange Policy:
Our return & exchange policy is unique to our company and cannot be compared to any other existing policies practised by other companies.
We encourage buying the product only when you have done your due diligence to satisfy your need and concern.
We only accept the return of the product if it adhered to the following conditions:
• The product is found in damaged condition.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• Missing spares, accessories and parts.
• Wrong product delivered against your order

Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
• For manufacturing defects: We will exchange the products. As we do not have reverse pick-up for the courier, the customer will send the courier at their end and bear the courier charges.
• For product exchange: The customer is eligible for another product equal to the amount of the exchanged product. The customer has to bear the shipping cost on both sides.
• For Sale products: Non-exchangeable

• For customized orders, will not be eligible for returns
• For size exchanges: The customer will bear the courier charges.
• For manufacturing defects: We will exchange the products. As we don’t have reverse pick up for the courier, the customer will send the courier at their end and the courier charges should not exceed Rs.150.00
• For product exchange: The customer is eligible for another product equal to the amount of the exchanged product. The customer has to bear the shipping cost
• For Sale products: Non-exchangeable
• For International orders: The customer has to bear the back-and-forth shipping cost. In case you want to exchange it in India we will do it free of cost.
Cancellation:
Order cancellation by the customer:
• We accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when the order can’t be processed or dispatched
• If your order is cancelled after your credit card/debit card/ any other payment has been charged, the amount will be reversed to the source within 15 working days.
Payment Policy:
As mentioned on our website, we accept credit cards/ debit cards/ PayPal / Wallets. COD orders are accepted in India.
Shipping & Delivery:
Our company & warehouse is based in New Delhi. We ship to India only. We make every effort to ship within 24 to 48 hours for our regular items. For customized items and designer outfits, we take 4 to 7 days from the date of order.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-price items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
